Roborock has already proved its adequacy with some amazing models. We can say easily S5 Max and S6 MaxV are great 2 in 1 Robot Vacuums. But so far, S7 is the best robot vacuum Roborock has ever made. Lidar Navigation & Laser Mapping, long runtime (180 Minutes), E11 HEPA Filter, scheduled cleaning option, No-go & No-mop zone and upgraded suction power (2500 Pascal like S6 MaxV) features are now default for Roborock Robot Vacuums. S7 also has Electric water tank like as S5 Max and S6 MaxV which allows you to regulate water flow to pad. Now lets talk about the new specs. It seems Roborock has started to focus on mopping feature. With the new Sonic Mopping Technology S7 vibrates the pad 3000 times per minute. It will be effective especially on dried stains for sure. Intelligent Mop Lifting and Ultrasonic Carpet Recognition are definitely also worth to mention. S7 uses ultrasonic sound to recognize carpets. When carpet is detected, lifts the mop and continues to vacuuming, means that you don’t have to do different vacuuming and mopping session anymore. That is amazing for time saving and battery usage due to shorter runtime needed for full cleaning session. Beside those, Upgraded Floating Brush is unique to S7. This upgraded main brush, moves freely to sticks close to the ground and seals the head of vacuum perfectly even on uneven surfaces. And finally our long wait has come to an end. Roborock has joined self emptying robot vacuums group with S7. It is called ‘Auto-Empty Dock’ and not available on the store or Amazon at the moment but you will the first to know when it has arrived. We are just hoping, this self disposal unit will be compatible with other Roborock models as well. As a result, we believe Roborock S7 has opened a new era for 2 in 1 Hybrid Robot Vacuums.
